The payment was arranged through a travel agent operating under the name :

Owned by Mr. Samuel Faris (0771236262) They claimed that airline tickets would be issued through their travel service.

However, after receiving the payment:
No airline tickets were issued. Only itenerary. The individuals are avoiding communication.

This situation appears to be a fraudulent airline ticket scam.

Therefore, I respectfully request Thai Airways to kindly investigate whether these individuals or the company Quick Way Travels have any association with your airline or whether your airline name is being used fraudulently in this matter.

The individuals involved are:
Mr. Samuel Faris – Owner of Quick Way Travels & Tours.
Mr. Sambawa Moorthi Kalyana Sundaram – Recipient of the transferred funds
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance from your side regarding this matter, as this appears to be a case of airline ticket fraud.
